CleanWrx Solutions’ patented 207® cleans and eliminates visible and non-visible contaminants from metal surfaces: soluble salts, chlorides, sulfates and nitrates, MIC by-products and biofilm, grease and oil.
According to CleanWrx, correctly mixed and applied 207® reduces soluble salts, chlorides, sulfates and nitrates to zero or near zero. It mixes with potable water — no DI or RO water needed — and forms an oxide layer that holds off flash rust, typically for three days or longer depending on conditions.
207® can be used with any abrasive blasting technique, including vapor blasting and UHP water jetting, on metal and concrete. Verify the result with soluble-salt testing — CleanWrx’ own CleanChx™ test solution, or M-TESTCO soluble-salt test equipment.
